We always allow refunds if you are not 100% satisfied with any purchase you have made from us. Just return the product to us within 14 days of having received the item. Please return the item in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of having received the returned item for the purchase price only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please email us with intent to return the item before sending the item. Return shipping will be paid by the purchaser.
